I had the worse experience dealing with Sprint after being a customer for 5yrs in oct. They lost my contract that only had 1 month left. Approved me for an Nextel phone. Then said I could 'nt get it until my contract was up. Ok so I brought a Boostmoble phone. Thinking they would fix this problem. That never happened.By the way back then you paid for all day mins. And had free nights which cost $145 a month. With no internet.
So I stayed with Boost only paying $50 a month for everything. Until last year 2011 someone add me on a line. Had to pay $100 for that then my phone was stolen had to pay another $100 for that with a police report. They sent me someone else problems. The phone got wet once died the same day. The store in Flushing did nt want to help this was Feb Sprint sent another phone. With more problems.
I coplained almost every week. I also paid another $100 dollars. And I can't check my mail nor hear my phone ring. I just want an NEW PHONE without having to RENEW my contract. Or let me go to a new carrier and keep my phone number please i'm over charged and pissed as an sprint customer!!!
