Received what appears to be an invoice from UST on 4/20. Nothing in the document indicated it was a solicitation. We're a large enough company that someone in billing might well have simply authorized payment of $425. When I spoke with them, they confirmed it was a solicitation; however, they have no knowledge of our equipment, usages, or anything. They 'solicit' by location. You can well imagine how poor actual service would have been had we needed anything. There was no elaboration on what was covered except "preventative maintenance on all telecom systems equipment including telephone instruments, switches, routers and cabling."
Again, nothing in this 'solicitation' indicated it was that. It was formatted absolutely as a bill.
