National Service Corp. Has done it again

I received a phone call at my moms house from a collector that stated that i owed money for a service i canceled over three years ago. Despite the fact that i canceled over three years ago they want me to pay the balance of the three months that were not payed for in a total of $178. That is the supposed balance due after canceling. What should i be doing?
