DBA harris home improvements supposed to fix central air gave him 1000.00 for materials on 5/2 started lying the next day and quit answering my calls hi is on craiglist beware of him

Anden harris was supposed to fix my central air.
He wanted 1000.00 for materials which i gave to him on 5/02.
On 5/03 i called him at 10:30 and he said he would be here soon.
Then later he called and said it would be 3:30. I said just bring back my money.
He said he would. Today is 5/11 will not answer the phone when i call.
I think civil court is my only way for this crook.
