Mr. Wilson sweet talked me into buying magazines orders and I told him I didn't want to spend any money and he said, "No I won't be paying any money except the shipping of $4.99. I told him go ahead

A Mr. Wilson called me on April 11 and said I won a $100.00 gift certificate to WAL-MART. He also convinced me to buy into a magazines shipment and I told him I didn't want to spend any money. He told me I didn't have to spend any money just pay the shipping of $4.99. So, I told him to go ahead. Then on April 13 I get this debit chg on my checking acct. From BuyersUSBuyers of $33.26. I called BuyersUSBuyers up and explained my situation and they said I couldn't get my money back because I agreed to the transaction. So, I called my bank and now there is a debit dispute going on.
