Editor and chief magazines i purchased magazines on 6-16-10 and still have not got any almost 1 yr late

I ordered magazines on 6-16-10 and never got them i called and put in a complaint on 2-8-11 and spoke with a joe her told me there was going to be a trace put on them to see what happend. I called back on 2-10-10 and joe told me that i would have my magazines with in 6 to 8 weeks well it is almost 1 ur later and still no magazines its a fraud...
