D&B was calling my business daily trying to extort money. Finally, they said they gave my company a bad credit rating & the only way I can remedy this is by paying $600.00 for their services. My compa

Dun & Bradstreet began calling my company daily stating that companies were checking our credit. They said I needed to buy their service to see who they were. I didn't buy their service.

They called back and said since they had no information from me they gave my company a BAD credit rating & the only way I could get this changed was to pay $600.00 for thier service.

THIS IS EXTORTION. My company has Excellent credit. We pay ALL our bills & most of the time well in advance of their due date. Since this happened with D & B one of our vendors has asked us to pay in advance with a credit card.

Which monitoring company oversees D & B? They need to check into this.
