TELLISS - USBI Ripoff Wrongfully charged me for calls I did not make

On my telephone bill for November 26, I was wrongfully charged by Telliss on behalf of USBI for calls I did not make.

The calls were billed as direct dialed calls to ENGLAND.
The numbered listed as being dialed was 44207-335-8468.

The 1st call was at 2:54 AM for 13 minutes.
The 2nd call was at 3:20 AM for 16 minutes.

My bill listed a phone number for billing questions to USBI as
1-888-474-8724.

It also listed Telliss as the service provider.
