I purchased a cartier santos watch from Dale West dba Paradise WHolesale in Hawaii. The watch was very small and I returned it. He assured me that he would send me another watch as soon as he got back from a buying trip if I would not dipute the credit card charge. When he knew I had paid the credit card I was ignored. No watch no refund.
