We ran into this character about 10 yrs ago up at a craft fair at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in NY. Like most of the other complaints, the work displayed was quality, he was very personable telling us how he did the woodworking and his wife did the painting. I wrote him a check for $75 and he promised the sign in six weeks. After many phone calls to his answering machine (no return calls) the sign finally showed up 16 weeks later with my last name spelled wrong.
He made me print my name on his sign template and he still got it wrong. I left him a message about his error and he did return my call telling me to ship it back and he would redo the sign, thats the last I heard from him. I just happened to run across his contact info today looking for someone else and decided to Google the company and found this website.
I was blown away with the number of complaints, the last one being from 2009. I just wanted to let people know that he has been at this scam alot longer than that. I guess I caught this con artist in his early stages since he did make the sign incorrectly, now he is just taking the money and moving on. It will now be my mission to go to differenct craft shows and find this guy since he still is out there ripping people off.
