Sister company to Yellow Cab, I Was Made To Wait 90 Minutes For A Cab With perishable Groceries in 70 Humid Weather. Dispatchers Hung Up On Me & Lied Repeatedly

I called for a cab from Giant Eagle on Detroit Avenue and Bunts Road in Lakewood, Ohio at about 2:05 P.M. On Monday, 30 April. The operator told me that the cab would arrive within the hour. I called to check on my order at 2:40.

The operator told me that there were two people ahead of me and that Westlake Cab was having a busy time. At 3:05, an operator told me they were changing shifts and my cab was next. At 3:20, the operator told me that my cab would arrive within five or ten minutes from Rocky River. The cab arrived around 3:45.

Everyone I spoke to lied to me and no one would claim accountability. The driver wouldn't leave after I paid the fare. He was belligerent and argumentative. Then, he wouldn;t let me check the trunk to make sure I had everything. I was also not allowed to speak with a supervisor when I called Westlake Cab after I got home.
