Ripoff, non-existent cutomer service, refusal to add towers to improve reception, dropped calls in buildings

I am DISGUSTED with the poor reception I am experiencing with my Kyocera Rave cellular phone from Metro PCS. Every time I try to make a call from inside a building, I ALWAYS get a "call lost" message? Why?

I've been to the retail outlet in Pembroke Pines and all they tell me is to "use your phone outdoors only" and "it's not that we don't want to improve our reception, our competition will not allow us to!" The management of the store says that AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile have told the FCC not to approve any application from Metro PCS to add cellular towers. I DON'T believe it - in reality, the company is "too cheap" to spend money on the salary of employees to install towers!

Finally, I am upset with the fact that customers who do not participate in the "e-bill" payment service are forced to pay a $2.00 per month fee to Bill Matrix, Inc. When paying by phone or at the website.

If I could afford it, I would change my cellular provider. Since I can't - I am forced to deal with Metro PCS's excuse of a company.
