The person is a scammer. He will order itesm or services and then mark them as not being done. They will do this to get the item or service for free by disputing with their credit card company

This person is a scammer. They will order items, and services and then even confirm with you that the orders were made. Then a few weeks later when everything is done and you (the seller) think there is no issue - they will call their credit card company to report the charges as being not done by themself. Scammer is all they are
