This individual rented me a place and when he wanted his friend to move in, he told me I had two days to get out or he was throwing my stuff in the dumpster while I was at work.
He refused to return my deposit and I sued him. He had his friend come to court and claim he knew me and had him tell the judge I don't deserve my deposit back because I wrecked the room.
While living there, he would go in to my room several times even while I was asleep.
Do not rent from him! You will lose your money.
