Management wields a double edged sword. They have you sign a stack of papers stating the items you are not to do and then break they're own rules when it suites them. Most of the management has never sat they're asses in a tractor seat and do not understand nor care about the tasks we (drivers) under take. Supervisors will look you in the face and tell you that the open door policy is confidential and that there will be no mention of what was said. "WRONG".
I fell for this and now I work with co-workers, dock employees and customers for believing in the word of a supervisor. If your a professional driver looking for a job and a company to retire from then please be cautious about this company. This company shows lack of driver worth and the cards are stacked against you. I'm not disgruntled yet but I hope my experience can help you the drivers thinking about this company.
