I had a problem trying to order from their site. It wouldn't let me finish and kept coming up with the wrong color. I called in advance and spoke to Rose. Even though she went through the ordering process step by step there was still a problem. I specifically told her I wanted the gold watch and not the silver, which it was coming up with. She was walking me through it again and finally it seemed to go through. I asked her if it came up with the gold watch #YL66LG. She said yes so I assumed she was following online. I also asked it I should just place the order on the phone and she said if it went through it was OK.
They then sent the silver watch anyway. Now they said I made the mistake so if I expect to return it, I need to pay the shipping to return. I do not even know if they expected me to pay a restocking fee as well since I do not wish to even deal with them ever again. I had planned on ordering more items from them, but now will definitely not.
I order online a lot and have not had a problem with other companies. I was ordering from this company as a gift for someone else (they only wanted a gold watch unfortunately). This company is supposed to be for people with special needs, but even though they knew I was having a problem with their site working correctly, they still were not willing to stand behind what I feel was the fault of their site.
Today I went on the site to check it while I was on the phone with them. I placed the same order and it said I was ordering 4 watches. One silver and 3 gold. They insist the site works fine, and I just went to check it, and this time it did work. Nevertheless, they were called in advance about the problem I was having on that day and they still refuse to take responsibility.
