Credicorp Credit Card
Rip-off! Paid $37.00, have not recieved anything in the mail

I received a notice declaring that I had been pre-accepted to get a charge card restriction of $10,000. They've not delivered any card or notice, but have banked the check. I've tryed to contact work but I've not spoken to anybody.
