In or around May 19 I called the Portait Studio and booked an appointment for a group of 14 people with smaller groups also. They booked three to four sessions for me on June 5.

On June 5 we arrived and they were not ready for us, we waited an hour or so. They started taking our pictures under 1 session and none of the groups relized this because they did not bother to ask what we wanted or anything you could tell they were in a hurry to go home.

When we got ready to order our pictures I told them that I wanted to use my coupon for a portait package they told me if I did that every one else would have to pay 14.99 per sheet or we could use the 3.99 sheet coupon and that would be what everyone would pay.

The difference between the price is this 13 custom sheets for 51.87 tax or 52 portaits for 12.99 tax.

On our large group pictures they let us order the package because they did that under a differant session. Our pictures where to be available for pick up on June 24. We paid for the pictures the night that they were taken.

I was really upset with the way we were treated and so was everyone else, so on or around June 18 I called customer service (I'd gotten the number from the internet) talked to them about the way I felt about the way we were treated they said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do about it, then they put on hold while they called the Sear's store then when she got back on the phone all she could say is that there was alot of confussion that night and that were sorry. We
talked a little more and then she hung up on me.

I go to Sear's on June 26 to pick up my pictures. The portaits with the 14 people in it you could see the end of the flim roll across the top even if you put into a frame so they never left the store. I was told that they would mail them to me and that I would have them in 10 to 14 days, so I waited.By July 14 I still had no pictures, so I called the Salina store and about the pictures, they looked them up on their computer and said they had been mailed to my address which was correct on June 29 that I needed to wait a few more days if they did not arrive to call them back.

On July 19 still no pictures so I called them back the lady I talked to was busy and asked if she could me back in a little while so gave the infromation she needed to look them up with and I waited, I called her back 2 hous later she hadn't looked for them, she did while I was on the phone said that she would have to call corp. And that I should call her back later, so 5 hours later I called back I was told that the had been sent to me 2 times and that they sent them again and that I was placed on the top of the list and that it would take 10 to 14 more days for me to recieve these pictures.

My promblem is this we had those pictures taken for a family reunion that is taking place on July 24 that none of us could attend now Sear's has ruined that plan.
