Ripoff My name attached to ticket number with serial number drew the lucky numbers which won the lottery in the international category. Madrid

We are pleased to inform you of the release of the Europe El Gordo spanish Sweepstake lottery / International Program held on May 26th.

I was approved for a lum sum payoff of 475,119 Euros, forty four cents.

To claim my prize I am to returned a fax information sheet with my reference number, bank information, account number, swift code, DOB, address, and next of kin.

I actually called the phone number, spoke to a Don Ortiz his name was mentioned in the letter. He said, I should call him tomorrow. I had to pay an administration fee. He will fine out what that fee is and he will let me know, When I call him on 7/20/04.

This is the part, I started to think I did not like. I told him he should take out the fee from the money, I won. Mr. Ortiz, said he is not allow to touch that money.
