First it began with the late pick up of my shipment by 12 hours. I was told 8am to 11am and the driver didn't come until 7pm and that's after I had to call him and give him directions. I was told 3 business days and then that turned into 10.
Since I couldn't wait nor did they see the urgency or difference between 3 and 10 days. I had to go to the shipping yard and pick up my items by myself. I was trying to stay in constant contact with the company and phone calls were never returned when I was able to speak with someone I was told that I need to deal with it and my card was going to be charged extra because I was overweight on my shipment which would be another 400 on top on the 400 already paid. When I went to pick up my items the people at the shipping yard said they had no clue about extra charges.
After voicing all the troubles and asking for a resolution I never heard back from the company until now. They have added this as a collection to my credit report. Which its hurting me in my process to buy a home.
