Kendall Homes wasted months of my life presenting a lease to purchase option on a house, to come down to trying to deviate and extort 8K more at closing. Upon me asking for certain documents, such as appraisal, the bank who own s the land said, dont have it. However, if they did not, how can the ask for monies down to close? As tbings became heated, suddenly Kendall Homes and FNB, First National Bank, backed out. Meaning, i question their practices and they denide my loan after asking for two (2) seperate down payments... Sounds like a contract to me?
