FACT: PUMP Up YOUR BOOKS! Charges $200 - $600 for their services.in exchange she is supposed to find the best bloggers, websites, and opportunities for ones particular book and set up quality book reviews, interviews, and publicity and promotional opportunities.
FACT: For $200 Dorothy Thompson claims that she will arrange for 10 bloggers to interview authors and write reviews of their books.
FACT: PUMP UP YOUR BOOKS also offered to set up Giveaways.
FACT: I was repeatedly asked to provide the same things over and over again. When I told Dorothy Thompson that I already sent what she asked for, she laughed and said she needed to hire an assistant.
BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE: Out of that 10, she ended up writing one of the reviews herself, and conducting one of the interviews herself, and then posted them on her own website, or her own Twitter page, or her her own Facebook page, or all three, despsite the fact that my book might not be suitable for the people who visit her website, Twitter or Facebook page.
