I bought a puppy from Millie Schiffer of Mella Malta Maltese and paid in advance for the dog. After waiting for pictures for weeks she kept telling me her camera was broken and she didn't know how to use her cell phone camera. Lies.
I asked her when I could have the puppy after it was 12 weeks old, she originally told me I could take the puppy at 8 weeks old. I refused it because it is too young.
She kept avoiding my calls. I finally received a puppy but it was not the one I paid for. She had sold my puppy to someone else and gave me an inferior one.
I did not receive any paperwork with the dog. No immmunizations record, no vet report, no akc papers as promised. The puppy was matted to the skin and had to be shaved down. She had fleas, coccidia and giardia, tape worm.
Millie Schiffer has ripped off several others and has been sued many times. I would avoid this breeder. Not worth the heartache.
