The owner, George Forbes (or Alan K. Forbes) is a convicted felon. He was charged with Conspiracy to Traffic In Controlled Substance in and later convicted of Criminal possession of a controlled substance in 2004. He was sentenced to 1 year in the Orange County Jail followed by, 2 years of drug offender probation followed by 3 years of regular supervised probation/parol.
