This is a very elaborate scam involving several departments and people to make you believe you are a candidate to work from home or an office you set up (they offer to pay costs) for Excel Logistics (a large international company) handling freight across the state (AZ, in my case). You are required to do training from home and take exams (I spent many hours at this), and they offer to pay you. My primary contact was (supposedly) Edward M. Healy, Human Resources, [646] 845-9501, Excel Logistics, New York. Later, you are offered additional part-time task. They said they needed someone to help them buy office equipment and computers for an office they are opening in Europe and send you forms to apply for a credit card. That's when i was certain it was an elaborate, well-orchestrated scam.
