I purchased a watch from this company well over one year ago. After a few months I had a problem with it and returned it to Dexclusive for repair under their full warranty policy.
I did not here from them after several months and I began to e-mail them as to the whereabouts of my watch. I heard every excuse imaginable and decided to give them a bit more time. One year past with no results and more stupid excuses.
I finally decided to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau. They contacted Dexclusive and they were given this information: They repaired the watch and it was mailed back to me; it apparently was lost in the mail; they have contacted Amazon and Amazon has issued me a full credit; they have attached a full Amazon Credit with this number attached#13476890.
With that the Better Business Bureau, West Palm Beach, Fla., closed the case.
I contacted Amazon and they had no idea of what I was talking about and claimed that the credit number was non-existent..
I then contacted Dexclusive to ask for the UPS number so that I could track the package and file a claim with them. They ignored me and told me that the case was closed and they wanted nothing more to do with it.
I am at my wits end, no watch, no tracking number and a company that will no longer correspond with me... They are thieves and make no bones about it... Thanks
