On 20 feb. My mother called me about her phone bill. There were charges for things she had no idea what they were for. I called the company Solo communications. Where i was informed that i had signed up for thier services. They could not tell me what site i had signed up from. And i have never heard of this company. They said all i could do was cancel the services. That i never signed up for. I also called A T &T. And i was informed that i would still have to pay for these services and would not get a credit on my mothers bill. I think this is so wrong for a company like att to rip off an old lady widow of a 30 year veteran who is on a fixed income. I am going to call att again and see why my mothers account cannot be credited as she surely didnot sign up or know about this company. She doesn't even have a cell phone muchless a computer..
