Mr. Harold Walker is a contractor is whose business wass located in Bedford, Ohio. I contracted him to renovate my home and he took the money and never completed the renovation. He spent the money that I gave him and disappeared without completing the work. He moved his company address and he changed his contact number so that he couldn'nt be reached.
