I signed an agreement for services with Welcome Wagon in October. The representative stated mailers would be sent to new homeowners in my community during December and that I would receive a list of these prospects before Feb.
They failed to deliver as promised (although they continue charging monthly for their fee).
When I contacted Welcome Wagon directly, Linda Farley was rude and unhelpful. When asked for the President's name/phone - she replied "We don't have one". When I shared I was upset without having any resolution, Linda responded "If you complain to the BBB be sure to send them your 1-year agreement".
Misrepresentation is what the Welcome Wagon delivers.insolence is how they respond to complaints. DO NOT do business with this company.
