So I bought a bracelet from pandora and wanted to get a good deal on the charms. I came across this website which showed pictures from the original pandora site. Great descriptions about the product and stated, "authenticity guaranteed." Their website had a new york phone number for customer service which no one ever answered at any time. My order came after a week and it was not authentic!
The products barely matched the pictures. I contacted their customer service email, and the same person "Michael" replied to me. At first he denied the poor quality of the product then offered a $25 credit for my $100 order and said i get to keep the order. I denied and requested a full refund. It took me over a week to get a return address to ship the order back to.
After a month, the package came back to me saying that the address does not exist. They gave me a fake shipping address!!! I contacted customer service again, and this time they changed the name, "Amy" and she said the address is correct, please reship. After a few weeks, i realized the website domain doesn't exist! They are ripoffs! All they wanted was my 100 bucks!!! This was my first and last time trying to get a bargain especially from China! It's best to buy from the authentic store.
