My son had locked his keys in his car while running and both parents were unreachable at the time so he tried to call Pop A Lock. This website pulls up advertising $15 service call and my son had about $50 cash on him and thought he would be fine. They show up with no identification on their vehicle or the person there and demand $110 now. He was stuck in a very awkward position and told them he only had a debit card which they said he needed to use. Granted he is only a teenager and had no one around to offer him advice he felt he had no choice. Once I found out and looked up their web site there are numerous complaints with the same comments. Deceptive Trade Practices. Upon calling them and leaving at least 4 messages for Jordan, the manager, I finally got ahold of him today and asked that half the money be returned. He brushed it off to say a claim department will get back to be which I doubt. If it's anything like his return calls I am taking action into my own hands.
Be aware of this company and stay away
