This has been the worst experience ever, and it is not over yet. They charged me immediately thousand of dollars but the items never shipped. Out of desperation after several delays I cancelled the order and they never refunded me. Customer service is less then zero. Calls are not returned emails are not answered. I am now involving my credit card company to see if they can help me to get my money back.
