Deceptive Advertising for Timeshare Rentals

VIP Referral Network agreed to rent my unussed timeshare within a year. If it was not rented they would refund money paid to them ($1188.00) When this failed to occur, I requested my money back. Today my letter to VIP Referral Network was returned by the post office as "undeliverable as addressed Unable to forward"
