I ordered and paid $ 199.00 for a special on 3 suitcases on December 7 thru the Aafes Exchange store On line.
I received one suitcase and since then— around Dec 20th. I've been calling, emailing, and emailing customer service and No help what so ever. I've been told the rest of package is on the way, Ups is coming by in two days, and then nothing happens. I would like to recive my order but at this point I would rather have a refund now. I'm tired of dealing with these people, and I haven't done anything wrong and they treat me like it's my fault.
