I was a customer starting in Jan. I had no problems until the end of 2003. I was changing my magazine choices and receiving the right ones for almost two years, then that all changed when they told me they "had changed clearinghouses, and they were experiencing some problems". Well, I have waited for more than 6 months for them to get their "problems" corrected & send me my correct choices of magazines... Now when I call I only get a busy signal, I can't even leave a message for someone to call me back. This is a horrible way to run a business.
Luckily I can upon some others who are having the same trouble & they clued me in on filing the consumer complaints. I guess I've learned my lesson on who you can & can not trust. I thought things were going great, I had no idea for the longest time that I would ever be ripped-off by USA Magazine Exchange; they were so friendly & accomadating for almost two full years. What a scam. I hope they get theirs in the end. What goes around, comes around. Thank You for this opportunity to disclose my feelings.
