I sent in everything as instructed on the rebate form and received 2 postcards stating that I was missing the "ORIGINAL UPC" code or the "ORIGINAL serial number". There were multiple rebates for the products I purchased and two of them required the original, two required copies. I submitted the required information as instructed. After emailing The Express group, I received the following response:
"Dear Sir:
Thank you for your rebate inquiry. Our records indicate that we did not receive your serial number with your original submission. For this promotion you are allowed to resubmit information. Please mail/fax your serial number to us so we can qualify our submission. Please send your fax to:
248-926-6839."
I immediately faxed the information and requested confirmation of receipt. Not only did I get no response, they have not responded to subsequent emails.
