I have been very disappointed by the kind of service I received at Color Me Mine in Long Beach. My two children wanted to use a gift certificate they received for Christmas. So they each a chose an item they wanted to paint, and had a great time coloring them. I was a little surprised by the high prices and the time it was going to take to get our product back. It was to take two weeks before they were finished with the glazing process.
Well we waited the two weeks and finally got a call that one of our items was ready. The other item had been broken. We were offered either a credit to re-due the item or 50% off the broken item. Wow! Real generous! We were refused our money back, or any compensation for our inconvenience. My daughter was even talking about having her birthday party at Color Me Mine. However, after this experience they have lost a return customer and I will let all my friends know not to go there.
