Kroger sells outdated (use by date) deli meats and meals to unwary customers. Twice I asked for a discount on items due to the date of use being past and they told me they do not sell those items, but there they were on the shelf. I asked what happens if I unwarily purchase this item and was told that they would refund the purchase price. It is illegal for them to sell the outdated items, period.
