American Rentals failed to notify me of changes in delivery. The delivery of a canapy was to be made on Thursday for an event on Saturday and I had no problem with that, complete pmt was made. No delivery on Thursday. Telelphone call was make Thursday to inquire of reason no delivery was made, American Rental changed delivery date with out notice to Friday.
Telephone call to comfirm delivery was to be made on Friday morning. American Rental stated delivery was going to be made Friday afternoon between 1pm and 4pm. Telephone call to American Rental on Friday at 4:40pm to inquire why no delivery was made. American Rental could not comfirm date of even. I had to indicate that event was on Saturday again. Telephone rep stated with and iritated vioce, "you could speak to general manager on Sunday morning. American rental coused me to mis my brother's graduation and did not have the consideration to inform the costomer of changes in schedules.
