FHI's new District manager, Michelle Avery, is trying to keep people from getting paid.
She fails to report work done, she blocks infomation about special projects which people are supposed to get paid for. She refuses to turn in the information so the people can receive their money.
She is creating an awful work place and causing many financial problems for her employees because of how she is changing things to make sure they can't work and then lying about it.
She withheld reporting to payroll hours worked and people could not get paid when due.
She then threatens them, harrasses them, stalks them, and makes them feel scared to try and talk to her about it. If you try to report to higher ups, she will come after you. When found out, she then lies about it to her boss and then seeks revenge against the person by keeping the person from working or only allowing them to work a few hours instead of what they should be doing. All because they tried to get paid for work done.
She is dangerous and has caused many people to fear for their livelyhood. She is a mean, venditive person.
I can only guess that the rest of the company is like her because, many people have complained about her and they don't do anything. They allow her to run amuck and harass.
I would say to anyone wanting to come to work here in Atlanta, STAY AWAY. She will keep you from getting paid and will also keep you from working so you can get paid.
I am worried about what she will do to me about this report but I needed to get paid for work done.
She will seek retaliation against me.
