Rip off, terrible customer service

I ordered 3 pairs of slippers on 12/02, it is now over a month later and I still have not received them. I emailed them several times and they ensured me they would be here by the Christmas holiday every time. The product is priced way to high and the shipping cost is ridiculous to not receive it on time. The funny part is they are still taking orders from people yet they kept telling me they were waiting on inventory. Not a professional business at all.
