This company sent me an offer to help me re-establish my credit. They were offering a VISA card. After, I signed up, I received the credit card but it did not have a any available funds. As it turns out they were charging me a $49 service fee and $300 for an educational kit. SInce I was desperate to have positive credit rating I went along. THey had promised to rise my credit limit after 3 months of paying on time. When the time can to increase the credit limit it never occred. I attempted to resent the information and cancel the credit card, but only got the run around by the customer service representatives. Amercian Credit Educators and United Credit national Bank are now showing as charge offs on my credit report. I can't get them off and I don't want to have to pay them for their fraudant practices. How can I get help?
