I called delci electric inc to fix my air conditioning. I spoke to Ben delci and set appt for that day. He arrived very late. After inspecting my unit. He said " the problem is the compressor is bad". He said he could fix it for 1300 dollars. I just wanted to get it fixed. I told him to go ahead and fix it. We set an appt for later in the week. He claimed he needed to order parts. He asked for a 1000 dollar deposit. I said i would pay after repairs are complete. He then went in to he sad story about how somebody ruined his credit and his exwife took all his money. He said he has to pay for everything upfront and does not have the money. Being a single mother I said 500 dollars is the most i could do. He said that would work. He then said " Im a marine no need to worry ". When he was leaving he kept commenting how i looked very good. Asked me how often i workout. Also said he teaches self-defense if i was interested. He finally left after saying '"see you soon sexy"
So when the appt came that friday I had my boyfriend go to my house to meet him. This guy is scary. He never showed up. When i called he said " the part did not come in, be there monday morning at 9am sweetheart". He is so ugly and fat it made me sick when he said that. Monday came and once again he did not show. He then avoided my calls. So I did some research on this guy and found out he is scamming people all over phoenix. He also has lawsuits pending. Ben delci is a con man. I turned over everything to my attorny. Beware of this guy. He takes money from single moms with no remorse. Beware Moms of Arizona. Delci Electric inc. Bad! Bad! Bad!
