Deceptive billing practices

Organization positioned defective dehumidifiers in basement after water copy to dry cellar. Humidifier was defective, humidity and mold growth continued. Customer washed the cellar of water-damaged products and named company to inform them of defective gear put into house. Company removed and replaced defective equipment. Client invoiced for 2500.00 for rental of defective gear that was never mentioned in a written appraisal. After I reported that I taken care of a price for mold avoidance, they separat ed payment bills and after I'd previously compensated entirely at arranged cost, ServPro produced another bill (not revealed) for that keeping the defective gear. Threatening to put a loan. Is likely to be worrying to Attorneygeneral. Beware obtain a published estimation of function done by the corporation. They've misleading methods as well as their invoicing for function done isn't responded or truthful.
