Dear sir/madam;
We got qute for moving our household goods from them in the end of April. It was for a total of $3440.00. My update the goods list over the phone with Ms. Sindy and then she promised to send the udated list by mail and fax to us. She would not send the updated list until Sindy said my wife sends her OK to ship our household items.
They did not pack all of our house hold items, such as two floor fans, bunk bed matress, electric heater, shoe rach, video tape rack, cofee table and two medium size boxes of kitchen items.
It is very painful experience to deal with this company. Please help! Please help!
Our Move date was: pickup: 5/28 delivery 6/10
