This terrible situation began in October when the UPS store charged over $400 to pack and ship [with insurance] my computer from CO to Canada. Although many letters, numerous phone calls and untold hours has been spent to date, nothing has resulted, no replacement, no compensation from the insurance. All I have ever received is run-arounds, empty promises, or no response at all.
And now I come to this site, and find out that I am not the only one. I plan to pursue this in every way possible, to bring the terrible company to justice.
