It was my first online purchase. Very first time for additionally buying out of this organization. Product was shorted from package. Customer support was terrible. Sent two emails, no response. Named, avg time on-hold awaiting customer support was 122 time. Eventually talked with repetition plus they mentioned that due to the fat of the bundle, these were certain it had been delivered. Recommended I contact law enforcement department. Named law enforcement department. They stated they'd not spend your time with this particular.

Consequently no refund for me.

WouldN't I would like to consult with a boss or other people simply because they might have stated the same.

Her answer was to purchase a far more costly item, spend additional delivery to protect for Holiday.
