I dropped off several items at one time to get fixed, a cole haan bag, at least six pairs of shoes, coach wallet, alligator wallet, and a belt.
These were not my nicest items in my closet, however I did like them enough to get them fixed. He was very nice when I met him (the owner) and I had used him a few times before. He told me today he wasent going to give me a receipt because he was going to give me a special discount, and i was ecstatic, how nice!
Well. Every time I stopped in to pick up my items they "were not ready yet" turns out HE SOLD THEM OFF! Or he says - "He lost them" because I had not come in to get them. I called him several times and he always said they were not ready so why would I come in?
BE CAREFUL. He may not do this to everyone, but he did to it to me. I beleive he gave me the discount and later regretted it or thought he would get away with this scam!
I have not forgot about my experience with you campus shoe repair! Be careful who you screw over the word will get around! I hope you change your business practice...
