I have made an online order from this website http://onlineuggsoutlets.com/
I used my debit card (visa) top pay for the items ordered (two UGGs boots) for the total of $204. I have not received an order confirmation or any following email all I got was the follwing note (html on the site) stating order number but nothing else!
Your order number is: 201112182149072031Amount: 204.00Payment result: Payment Success
This is worrying as the money has been immediately deducted. The site does not have any customer service numbers only an email which is a personal Yahoo email: [email protected]
Nor does it have a way for me to track my order which are not re assuring signs.
I am concerned and worried that the sight might not be legitimate and I have been ripped off for $204
Is it possible you help find out about them and how I can get my money back? As per the advice on your site i have called the bank to hold the payment but it has already been debited.
I really appreciate if you can help me investigate the legitimacy of this site and how I can retrieve my money from them.
