I have used this company in the past as they recruit people to participate in their focus study groups and promise to pay recruits for their time. What they end up doing is when they recruit a person they wait til the last minute and sometimes will call you the day before you are supposed to be at their facility and then cancel your participation. They have done this to me at least half a dozen times.
When they first set up your focus study they call you at least 2 times to confirm your reservation as they did this with me. On the day of my focus study group I arrive a half hour early and was processed through and waited for my appointment with the recruiter. I was then called to the front desk and informed that my appointment was cancelled as they said I was called at my home where I was given a message that my appointment was cancelled... This was a lie! I checked ALL of my messages and they never called me to cancel the focus study appointment and the payment for the study was $125 which they did not pay me.
They had me travel about 100 miles round trip to their company and then told me this outrageous lie. Do not deal with this company as they are not reputable at all... They will recruit you and if they find another person they like better to participate in their study group they will either cancel your appointment or just plain lie that they called you and say they left a message. There are far more reputable Focus Study Companies out there that will not lie and manipulate you.
